Overview
At The Lume House, we work with trusted US-based fulfillment partners to get your lighting to your door as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (FREE on all orders)
- Cost: FREE on all orders
- Delivery Time: 7–15 business days after processing
- Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (assigned based on package size and destination)
Express Shipping
- Cost: $15.00
- Delivery Time: 5–10 business days after processing
- Tracking number provided
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and item immediately. Contact us at info@thelumehouse.com or call (224) 432-0056 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at info@thelumehouse.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes only if your order has not yet been shipped.
